Module Three: Introduction to the Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP) Process and Form
Early Steps Orientation Module Three is an interactive learning tool using Macromedia Flash technology. Click on the link below to begin Module Three. It will open in a separate window which you may close when you have completed the module. You may need to adjust the volume on your speakers for the best audio quality.

After you have finished the module, you may proceed to the Module Three Exam. The exam will open in a new window. Once you have passed the exam, you will be given the opportunity to send us your provider information which will allow you to receive your certificate and CEUs. Click on the link below to begin the exam.
