CMS Telehealth Home Videoconferencing Objectives:

Telehealth includes clinical care but also encompasses the related areas of health profession's education, consumer health education, public health research and administration.

• To provide enhanced case management, education, and care planning opportunities to families.
• To increase the competency of caregiver.
• To increase the input and participation of significant caregivers in the child’s health care planning.
• To increase training opportunities for families and other health care providers.
• To enhance the quality of interactions between the child, family and case manager.
• To encourage the participation of caregivers in Regional Policy Councils.

The home teleconferencing project is funded through a grant from the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council, Inc.
